AI Supercharge is Serge and Dascha's idea. We share a real drive to support and strengthen New Zealand's productivity, and we've been working together on various events since then.
Now, with AI Supercharge, we're focused on making AI accessible to everyone. With AI Training across New Zealand, we can show others how AI can simplify everyday work and life tasks.
Dascha Cooper
Dascha grew up in sunny Hawke’s Bay but has called Wellington home since 2004. She trained as an early childhood teacher but moved into business development in the tech space when moving to London. Dascha's experience is in programme and partner management, and she's worked in large organisations and tech startups. Dascha believes learning how to prompt AI is a skill everyone needs to learn. She's excited to help people supercharge their productivity through AI training and free up time for what they love.
Serge van Dam
Born in Argentina, Serge lives in Wellington, helping scale local businesses through strategic, people-first solutions. Originally an Organisational Psychologist with a strong focus on growth strategies, Serge has extensive experience in B2B sales, marketing, and distribution. Serge is a leader in AI training and coaching in New Zealand.
Justin Flitter
Based in Auckland, Justin founded NewZealand.ai in 2017 to help businesses discover why, where and how to leverage AI. A tech marketer by trade, Justin has been at the forefront of emerging tech for decades. Today, he’s one of NZ’s leading AI advisors, regularly speaking at conferences and facilitating executive workshops and practical skills training. He’s also a Director of Business Mentors New Zealand.
Tiina Carryer
Born in Finland, Tiina spent twenty years in the UK before making Auckland home in 2019. With a background in marketing, she spent a decade at Microsoft, leading strategic projects and driving digital growth across the UK, Europe, and ANZ. She has supported several NZ start-ups and recently pivoted into AI, completing the Become an AI Trainer course and exploring tools, workflows, and agents. Through her business, Brim Consultancy, Tiina now delivers AI training and marketing services tailored to SMEs.
Richard Cooper
Originally from the Wairarapa, Wellington has been Richard's home for almost as long as he can remember. Navigating technical environments in the broadcast world cross-pollinates with his life skills to build AI Agents. Richard has trained executives and media over many decades. In addition, he brings financial acumen, operations management and the ability to put numbers (and occasionally people) in their place.
Bob Mediocre
When it fits in with his busy schedule, you may hear from Bob, our unpaid intern. He's not that good, mediocre actually, but he is free.
