AI training built around your team's actual work
We don't do generic. We sit down with you, learn what your team does all day, and build a hands-on session around your real tasks, your tools and your goals.
Half the team on Premium and half on the free version? No problem, nobody gets left behind.

Teams we've worked with include
Government, infrastructure, tourism and tertiary education.
What people say about our AI Training
"Thanks again Dascha. I would highly recommend you and AI Supercharge to anyone who’s keen to discover and get their feet into the world of AI." Sébastien Brachet, CFO, Sapere
How it works
We talk. An hour with you to understand your team, your goals and what's slowing everyone down.
We build. Exercises grounded in your purpose, your language and the work your people actually do.
You check it. We bring it back to you, you tell us what's off, and we fix it before anyone sits down.
We deliver, in person. Hands-on, two facilitators, no more than 25 people, so everyone gets help when they're stuck.
What we can build for you
AI Foundations (1 to 2 hours). Prompting basics for organisations lifting AI confidence across lots of people. Runs well in cohorts.
Team Workshop (3 hours). Tailored to one or two teams, using their real work.
Build Your First Agent. For teams already comfortable with AI who are ready to automate something real.
Executive Briefing. For leadership teams who need to decide where AI fits before rolling it out.
Conference sessions and talks. Practical, phone-friendly, and nobody falls asleep before morning tea.
Why in person?
We've tried virtual AI Training.
People sit alone, distracted by their inbox.
In the room, you work on real tasks, learn from the people next to you, and laugh a lot.
There's chocolate for questions.
Connection and answers, the bits online training misses.
Does it pay for itself?
Research suggests AI saves the average Kiwi worker around 3 hours a week, and that's the cautious estimate. Even at minimum wage, that's about $72 of time back per person, every week. Our public class pays for itself in about five weeks. Most of your team aren't on minimum wage, so feel free to do your own maths. We'll wait.
Every proposal is costed to your scope.
